    Our mission

    “Our mission is to raise funds and awareness in support of Ukrainians that remain in their sovereign land to fight this unjust war by providing aid for basic living needs, supplies, protection and armor.
    Our unique approach is to deliver “in the moment” assistance to those who desperately need it without bureaucracy or delays - simply, financial aid when needed for what is needed!

    We are a registered, non profit, foundation with a strong 9 person Board of Directors who, 7 of us are Ukrainian with many family members, friends and colleagues on the ground in key areas.
    These trusted and well-known relationships are our source for real-time connections with the issues and needs at hand.
    Our direct communications and intimate knowledge is precise, which affords us to foster a seamless way to help - directly.

    All Legal, Accounting, State and Federal requirements and, documentation of funds raised and distributed are managed by the Board of Directors.
    Time, effort and supplies are provided Pro Bono by the Board and our supporters.

    We are resolved in the knowing this may be a long, hard fight, however, we are determined and unflinching in our commitment.

    From Edinburgh, Scotland. Sean has lived in the US since 1995. He is the Creative Director and owner of his eponymous hair salons in Miami. Sean is an Executive Board Member of the Humaine Society, Dade County. He lives with his husband on Miami Beach and is 53 years old.

    From Kremenchuk, Ukraine. Pasha has lived in the US since 2005. He sits at the helm of his family’s prestigious General Contractor Company, Pasha is married with two beautiful children, lives in Miami and is 33 years old.

    From Kyiv, Ukraine. Ana moved to the US in 2014 when Crimea was taken. She has an accounting / taxation background and currently works for Blackrock. Ana sits as the Treasurer for another non-profit - Postpartum Education for Parents in Santa Barbara, she lives with her husband and daughter in CA and is 38 years old.

    From Kremenchug, Ukraine. Liza has lived in the US Since 2015. She graduated from Medical School in Kiev in Dermatology. She lives in Miami and is married to Daniel, they share 2 beautiful children and is currently in a nursing program. Liza is 35 years old.

    From Kiev, Ukraine. Tamila has lived in the US since 2001. She has a Master's Degree in Economics and a Bachelor's in Accounting and applies her knowledge and experience to Real Estate. Tamila lives with her husband and 3 children in Colorado, she is 45 years old.

    From Dolyna, Ukraine. Vitalii has lived in the US since 2014. He graduated from University in Physical Education and worked and excelled in Human performance before changing direction to perfecting his love in the craft of carpentry. Vitalii is a master Wallpaper and Painting specialist to boot. He lives with his wife and daughter in Miami and is 33 years old.

    From Germany originally. Maeve has lived mainly here in the US to date. She is a Registered Nurse and has worked in Cardiac, Labor and Delivery units and volunteered in Haiti in 2010 to assist with Hospice care. Maeve is married to Pasha, they share 2 beautiful children and live in Miami and is 33 years old.
